The main challenge is that the younger generation is beginning to view the Peusijuk tradition as outdated or irrelevant, risking the loss of its cultural and philosophical values. The three students aim to explore the history, meaning, and true purpose of Peusijuk to bridge this modern gap.

The conflict is resolved when the students deeply understand the cultural and philosophical significance of Peusijuk. They realize that preserving this heritage is essential for maintaining Acehnese identity, and they take on the role of educating others to ensure the tradition stays alive for future generations.
Reflection
"Peusijuk is far more than just a traditional ceremony; it stands as a meaningful link between ancient Acehnese heritage and Islamic principles. In this project, we explore how its specific ingredients, such as rice powder and leaves, mark important life milestones while maintaining social unity despite modern challenges. Moving forward, it is up to us as the younger generation to protect this tradition by truly grasping its core philosophy rather than just following it blindly, ensuring its values live on."
