Reflection

"Gayo coffee is a type of Arabica coffee grown in the Gayo Highlands of Aceh, Indonesia. It is known for its distinctive aroma, rich flavor, and the unique characteristics influenced by the highland climate and environment. Gayo coffee is an important part of the local community and is enjoyed both in Indonesia and around the world. Through this project, we learned more about the coffee-making process, the farmers behind it, and the culture connected to Gayo coffee. We also improved our teamwork, communication, and storytelling skills."
